If it strictly from Bandra Terminus to Kurla Terminus, the best option is : hire an auto ( if you are a small group - an auto allows only 3 people ). It's fast and most economical.

Otherwise you will have to take a BEST bus - reach Kurla station - cross over the bridge - catch auto - reach Kurla Terminus. Other way is take auto to Bandra station - reach Wadala - change over to any harbour line local train - get down at Tilak Nagar station ( just after Kurla station) - walk the final mile - reach Kurla Terminus.

You could also take a suburban train from Bandra Rly Station going to Mumbai CST and get off at Wadala Rd (3rd station after Bandra). Generally the train arrives on Platform #4...you would have to change over to Platform #2. Catch any train from Wadala Rd. (from this Platform #2) going to either Vashi / Belapur / Mankhurd....and get off at Tilak Nagar Station (4th Station from Wadala Rd.)....its a short walk of barely 100 meters from Tilak Nagar Station to Kurla Terminus. Total journey time would be about 22 minutes. Travel by bus would take longer...and you'd have a problem if you are toting luggage with you.
