any shawl alternative?

next week would be our prom. i already have a gown but its a tube top and its not allowed accdg. to the dress code! could u help me?

A dressy shrug. What's wrong with shawl? Also, a sheer capelet.

Maybe one of those bolero-type jackets, exept, depending on your dress, you don't want it to take away from there, so I'd go with a sheer one that either ties or is styled to be left open.
