The ringing just won't stop, and it's driving me nuts.
What's are some good ways to help stop it?

It will stop after a day or two, next time the closer you are to the stage consider taking those foam ear plugs to protect your ears. If it doesn't stop go see a dr... There are natural remedies at good health food stores that are meant to stop ringing in the ear, you could try those. Quiet for a day or so wouldn't hurt.

You can try wearing ear plugs for a few hours while just sitting at home. Grab a book and throw in some ear plugs.
The key is just letting the ears relax without sound.

You can't ! You will probably have this for the rest of your life.
Seriously ! What you have now is called Tinnitus! Pronounced Tin e tus......Resulting from too much high, loud noises in your life time so far...
Mine drives me nuts especially at night when I am trying to sleep and it is quiet, except for the loud ringing in my head!
I describe mine as a million crickets making noise all at once.!
I think I saw a comercial for some kind of medicine for this now.
I need to call my drug store to find out more. good luck

You can't... but it goes away eventually.
That noise is your ear cells dieing and that means you'll never hear that frequency again.
To fade out the ringing, play some white noise... the raido, the television, a CD of waterfalls, etc... it won't be so annoying and obvious.

I wish I knew because I have ringing in my ears all the time, but I think that is called tinnitus and if I let it, it would drive me nuts.

it will go away in time.
Next time wear some ear protection, small ear plugs work well, you will still be able to enjoy the concert but won't have any ill effects on your ears.
