Nothing you eat ends up in your vagina. Eat whatever you want and use whatever meds your doctor recommended. There's no living yeast in bread, so that wouldn't be a concern even if it did yet in your vagina (say from wiping the wrong way). Some people will tell you to eat more yogurt because it has good bacteria in it. Those bacteria will go from your stomach to your intestines (so they're great for intestinal infections) and then out down the toilet, without doing your vagina one iota of good. Some studes have shown that putting plain, unsweetened yogurt directly in your vagina can kill yeast infections, but your best bet is to just use whatever medication your doctor prescribed.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:
https://bitly.im/aMDgh
Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

Are you kidding? I really don't think it matters what you eat. Most of them are brought on by taking antibiotics because it kills needed bacteria in that area.
