I have been doing research and have found many different royal jelly products at different price ranges and different presentation (capsules, jelly) is there a difference or would either do the job (TTC).

That's fine. At 13 your face and body is likely to start breaking out or producing more oil. It's good to get into the habit of washing the excess oil off, as well as the day's worth of makeup or dirt that's on your face. As far as too much chemicals, if after you wash your face your face is really red and irritated, then it is too strong for your skin, but if it doesn't irritate it, then it's fine. Young want to definitely wear spf starting young. You'll be glad you did when you get older because your skin will look younger and better because of the spf you used when you are young. Unless you live somewhere hot or have really sensitive skin, you really don't need spf 35. spf 15 or 20 should do the trick if you're not directly in the hot summer sun.
