At our house I just put a nice rib roast in the oven, shall have twice baked taters, broc/cheese sauce, home made bread and a nice fresh salad, for desert homemade Key Lime Cheesecake.

I just put some wings in the crockpot. I had them marinading in a bit of olive oil and jerk marinade. I am thinking I am going to pick up a couple of cukes at the store, if I can ever get my frozen truck started, and make cucumber salad. It is very cold here in my neck of the woods today.
