Click on tools and select internet options from the drop down menu. Click on the tab that says delete files. Chances are want to click on the tab that says clear history too. (I usually delete cookies as well while I am at it for added privacy and to eliminate clutter, this may make some of your pages load slower the next time you visit.)

Prasad has the most suited answer. However please state your browser (e.g IE, firefox etc). In addition, if following this method, make sure you clikc apply, then o.k. I would also not reccommend going onto any toher tabs either. I regualrly clear my forms and history etc, and I find if I change tabs, it does not work.
