Did I get Gel Nails?

Question

I went to the Nail Salon and he glued fake tips to the end of my nails. He then brushed a clear liquid on them and sanded them to blend into my natural nail. He had this clear purple liquid and light pink powder. He would dip his brush into the clear purple liquid then into that pink powder and brush it onto my nails. he didn't use a UV light to harden the nail, just had this machine that blew warm air.

don't think so cuz every time i get my nails done, they do that too, but it is just like to hydrate ur nails r something like dat and ts also used to blend the colr and stuff of ur nails, but that is all. u probably didnt get gel nails, but if ur still wondrin' just go back 2 da salon and ask!
