Highly unlikely someone will call a blocking foul. What would be the penalty anyway shoot free throws? In pick up games the only time I ever shot free throws was to choose teams. The rule on mostly everything else is no blood no foul with the understanding that you don't go out and tackle somebody to prevent them from making a shot.
Funny thing about foul calls though is they seem to go up if the game is on the line so someone might try to work it in.

Depends on who your playing with. If there isn't blocking, just run the other player over, if you plan on taking a charge move out the way. It really comes down to who is more intimidating. If you got called for a charge say there is no calls in streetball.
