I don't care for hot wings, but I do know that Ranch dressing as well as Blue Cheese dressing are the two most popular dips for hot wings!

well, if you are going to have a "superbowl" party and familiar with the guests, try to offer variety of dips. some prefer ranch, barbecue, honey mustard, hot salsa and blue cheese. plus if you are going to serve chips, the dips are ready for their likes.

Of course blue cheese is good but buy a high quality one (like in the produce section) if you go that way. I have been liking ranch of late and I make it myself. I use the Hidden Valley packet that calls for buttermilk and I use that and mayo. It is so fresh and is way better than bottled. You wouldn't regret doing that.
