Yes, I did get headaches during both my pregnancies...I'm currently 6 months pregnant, but the headaches have subsided now. I think I was getting the headaches about a month or so after conceving, but I'm not positive about that.
I never got any morning sickness either time so, my first indications (besides a late period) were fatigue and headaches. Hope that helps.

I got migraines ALL the time when I was pregnant. They finally stopped just before the 3rd trimester. I would say I had the headaches start about 3 weeks in and the full-blown migraines started 2 1/2 months in. However, I also had nausea, abdominal pain, breast pain, and I was peeing all the time.

No i never got headaches. Your body may tell you that you are pregnant in many different ways though.
