no you can not. If the machine isn't tuned in then the only way to do this is via the remote that can with it. So have to get a replacement from the manufacture.
UNLESS you have a " menu " button on the tv that will let you " install " the tune in.
Unverisal remote CANNOT let you tune in, so dont watse your money on that idea
