First: place the slope & point in the point-slope formula....

*The "m" variable represents the slope.

y - first y = m(x - first x)

y - 0 = - 2(x - 2)

y = - 2(x - 2)

Sec: eliminate parenthesis --- distribute the outer term with the terms in parenthesis...

y = - 2(x) - 2(- 2)

Third: combine the terms...

y = - 2x + 4

y=mx + b

m=slope=-2
So,
y=-2x + b

Substitute the known values of x and y, solve for b:

0=-2(2) + b
4=b

Thus,

y=-2x + 4

Point-slope formula:
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-0=-2(x-2)
y=-2x+4

It's the third choice!
