I am trying to clean out my temporary internet files, and for the most part, they are all deleting, but there are some files that refuse to delete or be renamed... they are named things such as "newsanalysis;kval=winnerstech;kword=manufacturing;kword=semiconductors;kword=semiequipment;kword=software;kword=technology;kword=telecom;kword=winners%26[2] and so on.. anyone have any idea what to do? i am clueless, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reboot and then delete the files before you go online.
