I got a Dell Inspiron 1501 for my Christmas and found I could order a Express Upgrade to Vista for it. Does anyone know what type of Vista I will receive if I order it. I have been through the whole process and stopped at the point where it asked for Credit Details and it does'nt tell you. It was £420 with a 40GB hard drive and 512Mb

You will probably get the Vista Basic because you only have 512 mb RAM, and 40 GB hard drive. It isn't powerful enough to run Vista Premium with the 3D interface
