Lithuania, officially the Republic of Lithuania (Lithuanian: Lietuva; official — Lietuvos Respublika), is a country in northern Europe.[1] The largest of the three Baltic States situated along the Baltic Sea, it shares borders with Latvia to the north, Belarus to the southeast, Poland and the Russian exclave of the Kaliningrad Oblast to the southwest. Lithuania has been a member state of the European Union since May 1, 2004.

No. Lithuania is not near Greece. Out of interest, why did you ask on Yahoo Answers rather than look them up on a map or on wikipedia? It really wouldn't have been hard.
Anyway, Greece is in the south east of Europe, by the Mediterranean sea. Lithuania is in the north east of Europe, by the Baltic Sea. As far as I'm aware, Lithuania and Greece have never had all that much in common in terms of language, culture or politics, but they are now both members of the EU.
But back to the point, though both countries are in Europe, they are rather far from each other, and don't really have all that much to do with each other. To get to one from the other, you'd have to pass through at least 4 countries (Belarus, Ukrane, Romania & Bulgaria).
