I had a photo but now I want to change it. I uploaded the pic on Yahoo! 360 and I selected it as my primary. However, when I go back to edit my profile on y! answers, the No yahoo 360 circle is grayed out. I can only select no picture.

I had the same problem this is crazy but on your edit profile page try unchecking the box that says show my 360 profile I tried all suggestions that I was given by answers I spent at least 3wks trying to figure out what to do. I unchecked the box and there it was. Crazy huh!!!

Look at the right with your profile and click on the exclamation mark photo, this will take you to your profile. From there, click on View Pulse' (which is right under the date you joined), and then create your new profile including your picture.

Try going through the steps one more time and scrolling all the way to the page and answering that last question.

I tend to have a glitch every time I go on there. But it does allow me to save my changes. You may want to make certain you are saving your changes as you go along. mo.

you have to go to your email account and click on your picture and create a avatar. then get back onto yahoo answers and click on edit my info than change your picture. that should work.

It is a glitch in the system, my picture is gone too. Eventually we will get it back.

there's something wrong with this place today.....i can't use my pic either because it doesn't recognize that i have one on here, even though it shows on my 360 page.
