It can't be Military because it's members are appointed by the Government. It can't be the Government because it's members are elected representatives of the people who also appoint some key officials, and a democratic government is "of the people, by the people and for the people". So "The People" are the real " Super Power".

Doesn't that put a total responsibility on each citizen to adopt, carry, uphold and protect "The American National Values- The values of the Super Power" - Life, Liberty, and Justice for ALL(including non-Americans), in their daily life as they interact with the local other-world( the non-Americans in US) and the world at large, because American leaders induce and propagate these values all over the world with a big bullhorn where ever they go.

This kind of behavior strengthens the basic premise "All Men are Created Equal", a solid basis for the woman's liberation movement in its early stages, strengthens "Super Power" and weakens "terrorism".

To me, a super power is a force or group of near over-whelming superiority in all aspects.

The parts that you mention go to make it up (much like one of those morphing robots; each part can work well by itself, but works best as part of a whole)

In fantasy land this would be true. In the real world, voting booths are malfunctioning to elect whoever....President's start wars without asking anyone...........Superpower means who ever has the most weapons and allies. America/Britian/Israel and who ever else they can buy. Boom, boom, boom....
