I live in Alaska....People tend to stereotype it but...really its not that cold...there is snow....but it maintains weather thats ok to live in.....and that hole Light all day in the summer and dark in tthe winter is partly true.....It stays light constintally in the summer....and in the winter its normal light during day dark during night.....Alaskas just a normal place to live just like anywhere else we have stores,fast food resteraunts,fancy resteraunts,5 story malls , houses,apartments,mansions, Anything you could think of in a regular state.....
