When i woke up this morning i felt great. wanted to go do something with my friends!
Then i started feeling really cold.
i couldnt stop shaking!
now i am really hot.
i am really hungry now.
do you know any kind of food that will calm me down and cool me off? i need something easy to eat and easy to get. can you help me?

Easy mate. It's brekky time!! Weetbix & milk and a glass of orange juice. All really good for you for energy and vitality.

I'm not a nutritionist but a well balanced breakfast I do have. So forget about bacon & eggs I don't go there! This warms the tummy, & has all the nutrients till lunch, & good. Oatmeal in a bowl with tbsp of fav yougart, mixed cocktail fruit, 1/4 apple sliced
homey, bit of milk, & nuts or no. The oatmeal can be done in microwave. Honey can be sub. sugar. better than ganulated!

I think you caught a flu.
Vitamin C is very good. If you have fever or body pain you can take aspirin.
Good source of Vitamin C:
Serve of fruits like orange, strawberries, etc..
Raw, steam, boil or simmer vegetables in a very small amount of water, like broccoli, spinach.
Potatoes baked with skim.

make a piece of toast and a nice cup of tea that won't upset your tummy, and rest you have the flu
