I have been tracking my cycles for a while now. The wierd thing is that everytime I think its time to ovulate ( 14 days after my period) I get light spotting. Is this normal ???? I would love to figure this out so I can relax.

The spotting is at the suspected time of ovulation and at no other time....

Yes, it's normal, and a very good sign of fertility. Many women, including myself, get a little spotting around the time of ovulation. It has to do with a change in hormones as ovulation approaches. Now if you had spotting at other random times throughout your cycle, that would be something to be concerned about. But if it's consistently right around when ovulation is expected, completely normal. Relax...and good luck making that baby!

Remember its 14 days before the first day of your next menstral cycle. In regards to the spotting why don't you ask your doctor about it.
