Just buy a wireless router. I use a D-Link router that cost me about $30 at office depot. Plug the xBox into the router and you will be able to use the wireless and play xBox at the same time. You can even connect up to three other ethernet devices to the router.

If you want to connect your xBox over a wireless connection, you will have to spend a bit more money to buy a wireless "bridge". I don't really recommend this because the latency involved will slow down your reaction time and when you play online you will get tooled.

you need a wireless router for this which a GOOD one is $50. xbox.com has a list of compatible routers. then you will need the network adapter that you can buy from target or best buys. its $100 so its pretty expensive and one of my friends has it and it really can be troublesome because you can lag out of games or completely lose connection.

You can be online on both but i believe that if you are online on the computer your xbox live will slow way down. At least that is what I Have been told.

Hope this helps.
