ha. great question.
honestly, im a woman so i wouldnt stop... but i would speed past them and let the snow and water fly on their car as i laughed. Then id stick my middle finger out the side windshield and wave it around a bit.

I would stop if it was cold. But I hate it when people do that . Especially when they can see cars in the ditch already.

Probably move on and not notice who they were. Charity on the road can be unsafe besides that's a job for someone with a CB. radio to report.

that happens to me several times a year..i'm polite and always stop and pull them out if i can but i laugh first and come up with some smart alec line before i ask them if they want a tow out

If they appear to be ok, I'd think about helping them......depends how much of a jerk he was speeding past.
If it was -10º with a -30º wind chill, I'd probably help anyway.
