This sounds strange...but is there any search engine which I can provide with a jpeg and it will find websites that have that image on it? I have a picture on my computer and am trying to find out which site it came from. Thank you!

No. There's no search engine that can read a JPG image and match it to another image.

Use Google images search.

Possibly if you have the original name of the picture you could do a search for it and find it. But many downloaded pictures are just a combination of numbers and letters unless you name it. Once you name it, then just a search for a .JPG won't help as you will fine untold numbers of them.
