The summary I get from your mail : Very red itchy rash - more than 45 days - typical distribution around eyes, mouth, left armpit & nipple, inner thighs. I could think of a few conditions other than allergy - [1] Could this be zinc deficiency ? [2] Could this be seborrhoeic dermatitis - do you also suffer from mild or severe dandruff [3] Could this be acanthosis nigricans irritated - Are you Obese ? [4] Could this be a fungal infection - did the rash begin in the thigh ? - well defined borders suggest it could be tinea incognito and you have not been on an antifungal medication. Try taking vitamin pills with zinc, apply moisturizers plain containing soft paraffin and try a dose of systemic antifungals. I can see that you are extremely disturbed, distressed or depressed because of this. You can take an anxiolytic. Some skin conditions may reflect a silent internal problem. Please check with your physician again to rule out any of lung, liver, renal problems [ you have ruled out lupus etc., though]. Please relook whether any cosmetics, perfumes are the cause. Avoid all animal derived foods. Before using any medicine, pls consult with your family doctor.

You need to change your adult diaper more often. These products were not designed for you to sit around in your own 'stew' for countless hours while you amuse yourself on this site. If you must continue to sit at your computer after you've had an accident, try Gold Bond medicated powder. Your diaper rash should disappear in no time.
