AHMEDABAD: "Like a virgin, touched for the very first time..." crooned pop diva Madonna. Well, now there are many who want to be one. Like this 42-year-old woman from UK who wrote to the cosmetic surgeons in Apollo Hospital, Ahmedabad, inquiring if they could help her turn virgin again as a gift for her husband on their 20th wedding anniversary! The lady was inquiring about hymenoplasty — a cosmetic surgery replacing the hymen and currently a rage abroad among wives who are only too willing to get under the knife to become virgins again! "With more and more women from US and UK shopping for cosmetic procedures in Indian hospitals, along with breast upliftment and liposuction, we are now increasingly getting inquiries about hymenoplasty which tops the list as a unique anniversary gift,"

Some people believe that an intact hymen — the thin tissue that stretches across part of a girl's vaginal opening at birth — is proof of a woman's virginity. In some cultures, the presence of a hymen is very important. Because of this, some doctors will perform a procedure called "hymenoplasty" — an expensive and often painful type of surgery that "reattaches" the hymen after it's been stretched open, in order to make it appear that the woman has never had vaginal intercourse.

The vast majority of people in the U.S. do not believe that the condition of the hymen is an accurate definition of virginity. Most people agree that women and men lose their virginity the first time they have penile-vaginal intercourse. (Others believe that virginity can be lost through anal or oral intercourse.) There is no way that this can be "undone" in order for a person to become a virgin again.

It's true that the hymen can be stretched open the first time a woman has vaginal intercourse, but it can also be stretched open before that — through insertive masturbation or sex play, or non-sexual activities like using tampons or playing sports.
Any how you can contact any plastic surgeon in your city to get this operation.
Hope this information helps!

There is no sense to doing this since any surgery is dangerous. Many women lose their hymen from phyiscal activity so doing this serves no purpose. A virgin refers to someone who has never had a penis penetrate the vagina so putting the hymen back does nothing except waste money possibly cause medical problems.

I see it so differently being a virgin is more than just sex ,its a first time you can never ever get back ,its feelings not just the sex .sure we would all like to be virgins again but why waste money and go thru that kind of pain ,to only realize that it could never be the same .Wishing you all the best

Seems like an awful waste of money for something which will be ruined in a very short time.

that's retarded, hymens are highly over rated anyway. I think all girls should have them removed at birth, just like boys are circumsized.
