no i could date somoene in my class its just this girl is just it man ..
like every one i show pictures of her too
they say like how old is she like 15?
she looks alot older then she is..

is there like a website saying this is legal so my dad wont freak out..she only lives with her mom and she really doesnt care because her sister who is 16 hangs out with like a 18 year old and what ever...

It depends on what the age of consent is in your state. For example, if the age of consent in your state is 16, then it wouldn't be legal for you to date her.

Yes, but you might have a hard time getting past her parents.
My only question is why you are dating someone so young and can't date someone in your class?
16 and 18 is completely different from 13 and 16.
Who cares if she looks older? She's 13! Someday when you are a parent, I guarantee you wouldn't let your 13 year old near some weird 16 yr old boy. You say no, but trust me...it'll happen.
If age of consent is 16, you can't legally date her. And you obviously know it's wrong, that's why you are afraid to tell your dad. If you can truly get a girl your own age, then do it.

No it isn't unlawful for a 13 year previous lady and a 16 year previous boy thus far. no matter if it does seem kinda straightforward that guy may date the variety of comfy lady. I think its OK I got married when I was 17 to a man who was 21 and people said things then because it looked bad with the numbers now I an 21 he is almost 26 not to bad now is it. 3 years is nothing, this is bad my aunt got pregnant and married a 21 year old when she was 12 now that's bad a lot of men go younger its not bad 3 years is good ask your dad if he would rather you date a 19 year old sill 3 years I bet he will say no, just don’t have sex with her that would be bad

It is legal but ask yourself why you would want to date someone who is still an adolescent. She might not look thirteen but emotionally, she is still a child. Even if you are an immature 16 year old, there is a huge gulf between 13 and 16. Why not just stay friends?

it may be "legal" but it is stupid! The 13 year old is still a kid. Parents should be involved.
My daughter didn't date until she was 16!
BTW, in a couple of years - he's 18 and she's 15 - if they are having sex (which they shouldn't be) that's called statutory rape!

No 13 year old should be ALLOWED to date period, and while it might be legal for a 16 year old to date a 13 year old there is really no reason for it unless the 16 year old is terribly immature.

It is not a matter of is it leagal, but is it wise.
Is she that mature-mentally and emotionally I am talking, not physically-that you want to date her?
Are you that immature that a girl her age appeals to you?
I would be willing to bet that she is physically mature for her age, you are not so mature for your age, and you simply like the way she looks. I would say grow up.

you can date a 13 yrar old girl BUT...you CANNOT have sex with her. if you do you will be prosicuted.if she gets pregnant the s*IT WILL HIT THE FAN

its legal for 2 more years, but, dude..when you hit 18 & she is still only 15, what ya gonna do ??? cuz. then its really ILLEGAL big time...and if ya do the naughty with her, its called RAPE !!! ..... don't fall in love.....your gonna hurt her big time....
