Depends. But I think it is never "point of viewS"

There are three poeple standing at the bus stop. An argument/debate begins about abortion. Each one has a different point of view. Altogether there are three points of view.

pointS of view...however, you would not need to pluralize it because you pluralize the subject:
in my point of view VS in our point of view

elsewhere they said you just leave it point of view, the has a very different meaning.

We have our own points of view. (implies we disagree)
We have our own point of view. (implies we agree)
