You will lose stored excess fluid when your periods start (due to the change in balance of hormones) so yes you will lose a little.

I know you gain weight BEFORE your period. All I do is go to school, come home and pass out. I don't think THAT helps weight lose.

REAL weight, no. But many people retain water premenstrually, a few pounds or more, and then lose it when the period comes.
