How can i write a script for the morning news that would be broadcast on monday,11 September 1939-the day canada declared war on gewmany.

Something I didn't know. I had thought the entire Commonwealth declared war on Germany when the UK did, ie 3 September. Now I find that Canada waited a week, and I'm wondering if Australia and NZealand did as well. India, as part of the throne, would have had to come in the same date as the UK.
