Okay. We have to be analytical about this one. Is your neighbor old or young? What kind of music to they absolutely hate? That is what I would play. I like the Barney song idea. Why do you want to annoy your neighbors? In some states, you can get a ticket if you play your music too loud if someone calls the cops about it.
