Okay. We have to be analytical about this one. Is your neighbor old or young? What kind of music to they absolutely hate? That is what I would play. I like the Barney song idea. Another one would be the theme from Sponge Bob Square Pants. Or something from Alvin and The Chipmunks. That chipmunk has the most ANNOYING voice ever.

Why do you want to annoy your neighbors? In some states, you can get a ticket if you play your music too loud if someone calls the cops about it.
