You know, I never saw Orion as a 'question mark', but since you mentioned it, I looked at a picture and I can see how you might see it that way.
Orion is supposed to be a man. Stars mark his shoulders and his feet and three stars represent his belt, with smaller stars representing his sword.

Also, Orion was supposedly killed by a scorpion sting. So, his constellation sets in the Western sky, while Scorpio rises in the East.

i do not have a birth mark just a bad scare from being hit with hot water from a vaporizer when i was a year and a half i pulled it on me looks like a man with eyes and a long nose kids think it is scary so sad but true

the one youre talking about is called the plough,or big dipper.
commonly that is.
orion was hunter and has a belt of three stars and to see him you need LOTS of imagination !
