Im guessing that the number belongs to a virgin mobile sim as my old phone started off with 07913 which was virgin mobile .... other than that and telling you to ring it, i also have no idea !!

Its a number from another Country, looks like somewhere in Africa, maybe Nigeria, i know cause my husband is from there. Hope this helps.
