if you are using internet explorer it has a bug in it. when the dialog box comes up with two buttons saying ie has encountered an unrecoverable error and must close. DO NOT CLICK THOSE BUTTONS. instead drag ther box down below the bottom of your screen where you can't see it anymore and keep on surfing.
