We are selling a mobile home and the commission charges seem high to me. They are charging 10% and I need to know if that is too high.

10% is about right.

There is a big difference between marketing a $500K home and a $20K mobile home.

6% is very unrealistic unless your mobile home is over $200k.

In Denver it is really hard to get any good Realtor to list or show mobile homes.

10% is too high. Believe me when I tell you that is shouldn't be any higher then 6%. A condo, Single Family, Mobile home works the same. I am a Realtor and can show you listings of mobile homes all day with a commission of no more than 6%.
I bet you are dealing with a broker/agent that are not Realtors and not memebrs or the NAR.
If you are in South Florida I can help you more.

Well we would need to know the asking price. I believe the first guy is wrong when he says that your over paying. I know on listings like land, and Mobile homes I charge more. If I'm only going to sell for 30k I am going to charge 10% I charge 5-6 on most other listings. I am also a member of NAR, not that i think it matters for this case. The first guy is probably new to the business and doesn't understand how it works yet. Trust me, your not overpaying if the asking price is low.
Now if your asking 100k + you need to drop that Realtor.
Good Luck,
