The one we have every other Sunday in a beautiful country pub in the Yorkshire Dales, home roast prime rib of beef, Yorkshire puddings, roast and mashed potato's, cauliflower cheese and carrot and rich onion gravy oh and a dash of horseradish on the side, occasionally we have sticky toffee pudding with custard and a swirl of single cream, absolute heaven.

Roast chicken or beef with roast vegetables and boiled potatoes plus some nice gravy. Glass of red would help but the main component would have to be the family around the table. Relaxing or what???
