Does Marilyn Manson worship the devil? or is he gothic? Oh and what university/college did he graduate from? I heard he was smart.

Marilyn Manson is indeed smart. He does not worship the devil, he is a Satanist [Satanists don't worship the devil, if you want to find out more about the religion Google it]. He studied journalism and theater at Broward Community College.

Technically, he doesn't worship satan, but people asume that because of how he acts, looks and his music. He is a satanist ( religion), but that does not mean he worships the devil. Of coarse, I'm no expert, so I reccommend doing some additional reserach on both Marilyn Manson and Satanism.

Marilyn Manson is an excellent performance artist. What we see on stae is all a gimmick and a great act. What he does is appear to be "shocking" for marketing value and to draw attention to his music. He is a Reverend in the Church of Satan however; but his level of participation is in question.

He is smart. Every time he does something outrageous, his sales go up. Doesn't mean he has to believe it either. He can wake up and say "I want a new car." then do something anti-whatever and the angst filled consumers eat it up. Not a bad racket.
He studied journalism and theater at Broward Community College, but not sure if he graduated.

hes very smart and a bit of an artist, hes not a devil worshipper, a little gothic perhaps, but generally a normal guy. just enjoys wearing make-up and pvc
