I would take out some of the high level monsters and put some level 4 monsters with high attack in. If you hit your opponent hard from turn 1 they cannot win. Also put in some cards thar raise attack to beef up your Lv. 4s along with some kill spells like Raigeki.

stick to one theme like dragons and cut out the others it will work much better.
