You are correct so your real question is "why are so many liberals completely ignorant of the way our government works?" The answer is government schools and the main stream media.

Actually Pelosi alone cannot remove Bush but it is in her best interest to leave him and Cheney in office. By doing this she doesn't waste the country's time and money on impeachment hearings that probably would not end until just befoe they leave office anyway. Also the longer they are in office the more opportunity the Congress has to point out the corruption and incompetence of the President and Vice President that may be quickly forgotten if they are impeached. If both Bush and Cheney were kicked out of office she would be President and she doesn't want the office. If she wanted it she ould be in with the rest of the herd that had declared their intent to run. By the way in the Constitution both houses are involved. First the House brings the charges and the trial is done in the Senate with the Chief Justice as the overseer to ensure the trial is fair. It worked that way when Andrew Johnson was impeached and when Bill Clinton was impeached and would have been that way had Nixon not resigned before he was impeached.

Nancy Pelosi would replace G. W. Bush if he were incapacitated and Cheney was unable to server as President, however that is an extremely unlikely scenario. While a number of folks would like to see Bush impeached, there is no likely hood for this to happen until a preponderance of Republicans have the same belief. Few knowledgeable Liberals think Pelosi or Congress have any intention of removing Bush. They will be too busy attempting to resolve all of the problems this administration has created, to waste time attempting any futile impeachment procedure.

There's not a Democrat in office who really wants to impeach Bush. A full blown impeachment would show up way too many skeletons in the closet of the Democrats.
To all you folks out there who are still screaming impeach. Get this straight. Pelosi doesn't want it and Reid doesn't want it. It ain't happening! So what are you going to do vote against the people who don't want impeachment?

The cries for Bush's impeachment comes from those who voted against him. Losing is a b*tch but acting like a sore loser is the mark of a b*tch.
Unless articles of impeachment are initiated with some substance to back them up, the cries are just noises caused by crybabies.

You're just another example of a uninformed neocon that thinks he/she knows all about what liberals think. Well, guess again. Pelosi has said impeachment is NOT on the table and I agree with her as do many other liberals. Try to keep up with the issues.

Pelosi and her ilk were voted into office based on a knee jerk reaction to President Bush and the Republicans allegedly running America into the ground. You dummies wasted your votes ! You voted not because you were pro-Democrat but because you were ANTI-Republican. It isn't going to take too much longer for you to realize that you screwed yourselves!!
BTW Bush is NOT going to get impeached. Period. Focus your energy on something else.

Congress can override a veto with assistance from Bush... Dems gained't administration 2/3rds of both homes, yet often times even politicians sense the favor to act on behalf of the folk they serve fairly than balloting strictly with assistance from party association.

Well, lets see. Your question says "remove" Bush from office, not impeach - you may want to change that there Mr. Hinckley. Pelosi and congress although they have the constitutional ability to impeach and convict him, I agree they are unlikely to do so.

Little Bo Beep has lost his sheep. To save the GOP (Gomorrah of Pedofoleys) the Republican will dump him, just like they did with Nixon. Which reminds me: As was done with Nixon, the Vice-President could be removed first and replaced by someone sane. Then Dubai Dubya could be sent to the scaffold.
When he is hanged, we should let him wear his prep-school beanie so he can die with dignity. Otherwise, you people who worship these pampered pipsqueaks will be outraged and become insurgents. Since our boytoy soldiers don't seem to be able to protect anybody, we would have to call in the Ethiopian army to crush your Nazi-Con revolt.

You should know by now that wishful thinking abounds on the left side of the aisle. Hatred only goes so far. I'm sure at some point the left will take a shot of sorts but the last time they went to the supreme court they got slapped around pretty good so I doubt if they wil try that again anytime soon.
