Just signing the divorce papers that have been filed doesn't mean you are divorced yet. You have plenty of time to discuss the terms which could include him keeping you insured but don't hold your breath. If you have kids, he probably will have to but most companies won't even allow him to continue coverage on an ex-wife. Get a lawyer right away!!

This is a question you really should discuss with your attorney.
I don't know your age or if you have children or not, but it probably all depends on your circumstances as to whether or not you can continue to be on your husbands medical insurance.
I would say seek legal advice about this issue.
Lastly, you will want to look into other options of having medical insurance in case you can't get it from your husband. Even if you can get it from him, you will probably want to look into other options because insurance through him may not last long.
Talk over all of this with your attorney.

More then likely you will have to get your own medical insurance for yourself some where..... Call the insurace company that has this and see if they have an individual plan available.... I wish you the best.

otherwise find out what kind of goverment assiatance you can get.
