Size 7 womens shoe not in stock what size is that in kids (same shoe)?

They don't. Kids shoes go up to 12 and then they start at 1 in adult sizes.

A women's size 7 shoe is the same as a boy's size 6 shoe.

i think kids go to a sizw 12 or 13 then it goes to a womans size. there is no 7 in kids, they would be too small. go to a different store
