what do you mean by mange??? but other than that we had a wild squirrel and we feed her peanuts, squirrel and hamster food and other treats you can get at the feed store. IF it is old enough to be away from its mother then it should be find with the food but if it is still really young then you need to give it milk and other minerals and suppliments to help it grow and everything...

Is this a pet squirrel? I had a dog with mange, and the vet gave us ointment to put on the skin. If you are able to hold the squirrel, and apply it, it might work. A wild squirrel might try to bite you!

Who has the mange? You or them? lol How do you know it is the mange?
The only way is to quit feeding them !!!! Seriously, maybe the food you are feeding them is not right for their digestive tract. Not right for squirrels in general....You may be hurting them more than feeding them.......
