Earth and Mars.
Venus is a greenhouse hell, and Mercury is either half-baked or half-frozen. The others are gas gaints (no "caps").
Pluto is a planetoid.
Saturn's moon Titan appears to have a polar cap, however it is *not* ice, as in H2O. Instead it is methane and ethane (and other non-water chemicals) in the solid state.
While Jupiter's moon Europa appears to have large amounts of water, it is so cold at the surface that no polar ice caps occur.

One of the Moons of Jupiter call Titan has a polar ice cap and and it has liquid water too. In fact NASA said that the Titan moon is second after the planet Mars as a place where humans can live if the Earth is destroy because of global warming.

The 1st answer was correct. I just wanted to interject that Titan is a moon of Saturn and the liquid found there is believed to be liquid methane. There is probably water ice under the methane, though. In order to live there, we would have to initiate a massive global warming project.
