When you really have an interest in a particular area, does it make it harder to choose a favorite?

say...you're a florist and you know about all the different flowers...is it harder to choose your favorite then...knowing all that you know, and having more choices?

i have no expertize - except base jumping maybe - not many base jumping questions on Y/A.

i struggle when all the answers are bland Or when there are a batch of excellent answers
