Could someone kindly give me a list of the letters that are replaced by numbers?

Sure
2 stands for the "hamza" (u know, the strong "a")
3 for the "ein", the first letter of the arabic word, eye
3' for the "gh"
7 for the Egyptian "h"
7' for the "kh"

and in khalig countries, they use
6 for "t" (the Egyptian "ta", its heavier than the normal t)
9 for the "k" (the "kaf", heavier than the normal k)

but these aren't used as often as the others

All you have to do is change the encoding program on your Internet Explorer to Arabic (Windows). You can change it by clicking on View, then Encoding, then change the default encoding program from Unicode (UTF-8) to Arabic for Windows. Once you complete that, you will see all the message in Arabic.

7 is for arabic ha like 7mar (donkey)
5 = '7 = kh like kanzeer (pig)
6 = ta like 6awla (table)

9 = sad like 9ayyad (hunter)
