your gonna have to wait a while. To get the best stats, for a professional you would want to specialize in

Attack
Speed
Blast 2
UB
Ki
Equipment slots

So the best way to do this, with lots of training is

Attack +19
Blast2+19
UB+19
training uniform
Ki+19
Halo/Majin seal (good/evil, depends on the character)
speed+19
health+19
and one random thing of your choice.

this setup will give you 20 in attack, ki, speed, health, half use of ki 2 extra equip slots (you may have to mod this as characters like videl need more equip slots to reach your max potential in holding.)
