Legally, President Bush can not run again as president due to the term limits defined in the Constitution. However, a better question might "Will the Republican party survive the next elections?". In that case, I would say no given the horrible state of the U.S. and the very unpopular wars being waged by the Republicans.

At this point, G. Bush has the lowest popularity rating of any American President in history. He cannot run for reelection as a President of the United States can only serve two terms.

I do not think this present administration will survive any immediate future elections due to the poor performance of handling their present responsibilities for the pubic.

Bush's popularity ratings in polls such as Rasmussen and Zogby put him in the low 30%, much lower than the 90%+ approval rating he had after 9/11/01. By law, President Bush is not allowed to run for re-election. A US President can only serve two terms.

He is not very popular in the US anymore and he cannot run in the next election because he has already served the maximum 2 terms.

DO some of you realize that when you say that hes approvaol is down to 30% that most of the these polls (conducts by cbs, msnbc, or cnn) are usually done in a highly democratic and liberal area. They also only poll about 900-1000 people...

For a reasonable poll you need a large demographic both geographically as well as with ones political affiliation.

Bush is now as popular as Nixon and Carter at their lowest levels of popular support. And thankfully he isn't eligible to run in 2008, however his policy and performance my have a detrimental impact upon Republicans in that election, and in that manner his reputation may be further tarnished.

Well, he can't run again(last presidential term), no he's not as popular in the U.S as he used to be, but as for the next election the house odds favor the Democrats winning it. Ohhh, also, I'm sure he'll fulfill his last term to the end even if that personally fries my nerves.

His popularity has nothing to do with it. He's serving his second term and cannot run for re-election. Federal law limits a President to serving two terms.

He won't be running in the next election...he will be a lame duck, having served 2 terms.

Thank god he cant run again !!!!!!!!!!!!! He has a 25% approval rating. No way would he get back in even if he was allowed to run again.

But he will hold the war out as long as he can to try to keep his worthless *** in as long as he can. He isn't qualified to do anything eles.

So your saying his approval % is off because you weren't asked.... Whatever.......... He sucks, You know it, And soon his reign of terror will be over, I just hope it doesn't cause another depression before we can get his *** out.
