I have a track meet next week and I've never been on a track team before. I got my uniform - the normal sleeveless top and a pair of shorts - but should I wear a t-shirt underneath? Or should I just wear a sports bra? I'm planning on wear sweats over my uniform incase it gets cold. What should I wear?!

if i was you i would wear a sports bra and also those skin tight shirts i cant remember what they are called but you should know what i mean and if you dont go to your local athletic shop and they will know what i mean you could always ask your coach what you should wear also

wear a tee shirt underneith becuse it is cold in febuary and when i didn't wear one i was freezing my butt off DO NOT just wear a sports bra, it will see through. Bring sweats and a blanket

where do oyou live? either way, wear a shirt underneath. a sports bra will get too cold. or ask one of your teammates
