This is the official weather data location of the USA. Some data costs money, but other data is free. Check out the free data section.
You can also try the local climatology of different weather offices at http://www.weather.gov but this can be hit or miss depending on what city you're looking for.

You can get it from NOAA or NCDC, but with either you usually have to wade through a lot of stuff to find it. Here are links I've found useful:
