I do lack shaving in the winter. My leg hair doesn't grow that fast anyways. Regardless of my race its the climate that I live in. Right now it is -4 outside so I have no desire of wearing shorts.
In the summer however; I could go for weeks without shaving.

The only woman I know who doesn't get leg hair is my mother in law, she is a daughter of an indigenous (native) and a Turkish.

i don't grow hair on my legs that often..i shave about once every six weeks. it looks like i don't have hair on my arms (it is very faint) i am hispanic....with some mexican, spanish, and indian mixed in!!!!

I do...my mother don't, most of my cousins doesn't, my aunts don't, my grandmother doesn't,
just me and one cousin, shes is part Cherokee Indian, and mine came from my fathers side.....African America.
